RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

 At Solar Coaster, we stand behind the quality of our solar panel lifters. We want you to feel confident in your purchase, which is why we offer a clear and fair refund policy for our solar panel hoists and lifters. If you’re not fully satisfied with your Solar Coaster, we’re here to make the return process as easy as possible.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

  • We offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase on all unused Solar Coasters in their original packaging, including all parts and accessories. Simply provide proof of purchase, and we’ll process your return promptly

​​​​​​​Returns for Defective Solar Panel Lifters

  • If your Solar Coaster arrives defective or develops a fault within the first 12 months, we will replace or repair your solar panel hoist at no extra cost. Please contact our customer support with details of the defect, along with relevant photos.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the Solar Coaster is defective. If you receive a defective solar panel lifter, we will provide a pre-paid return shipping label for your convenience.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customised Solar Coaster units and any products that show signs of misuse or unauthorised alterations are not eligible for return or refund. Please ensure your solar panel lifter is handled as per the provided guidelines.

Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned Solar Coaster, we will notify you within 5 business days regarding your refund status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
